The property holdings offered for sale belong to Kemetra Trading. You deal directly with the seller throughout the transaction, within the scope of our licensed activities.
A clearly documented transaction
The asset, contractual rights, agreed sale price and remaining payment schedule are set out in the transaction documents. Applicable registration and administrative costs are identified before you commit.
Every transfer has its conditions
Developer consent, payment thresholds, documentation and DLD registration are checked for the specific unit. The buyer takes over the agreed rights and remaining obligations.
From selection to assignment
A clear route through the transaction.
Each stage is specific to the unit and its contract. Timing and eligibility depend on developer requirements and the applicable registration procedure.

Review available Kemetra Trading holdings and the location, developer, price and payment schedule relevant to your requirements.

Verify the position
Review the SPA, interim registration, payments made, resale conditions and full transaction costs.

Complete the assignment
Obtain the required consent, execute the documents and complete the applicable DLD registration.

Take over the schedule
You assume the remaining contractual instalments, payable to the designated project escrow account as applicable.
